As a Product Marketing Manager, your focus is on supporting Badgeville’s core product positioning, messaging and field enablement. In addition to working with your marketing colleagues, you’ll be interacting directly with sales, product and professional services, helping highlight the value Badgeville brings to the market and its customers.
Create messaging and positioning materials that support new product launches, use cases and industry verticals in a variety of forms. Research, and write case studies & testimonials highlighting Badgeville customer success. Create appropriate sales tools to effectively sales team with presentations, demonstrations, data sheets, white papers, competitive analysis, etc. Manage content for Badgeville Council and Badgeville Community, Badgeville’s premier customer advocacy program Perform ongoing research on pricing and packaging The Behavior Platform Create collateral and presentations for webinars and events Educate the sales team on new products, use cases, and customer stories
Personal Skills: 2+ years in product marketing experience, preferably for a tech firm or start-up Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to think critically, and translate market research into actionable insights Bachelors degree needed; MBA a plus Comfort with Salesforce.com or equivalent sales & marketing tools
