The Marketing Director at TACORI will be responsible for helping to develop, establish and maintain Brand strategies to meet both B2B and B2C organizational objectives for national and local outreach. We're looking for a self-starter who can effectively manage, organize and analyze the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization while working with an internal team of decision makers, as well as outside agency vendors. This is a mid-senior level executive position, and you will be expected to bring ideas, concepts and connections to the table that can take our brand to the next level. This position reports to the SVP of Marketing, while working alongside and overseeing the efforts of a Creative Director and Director of Digital Marketing.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Oversee internal team and outside vendors to manage the logistics and planning of all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. Conduct and analyze market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products, on both national and local levels. Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information to bring new strategies and ideas to the table. Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and collections. Manage the productivity and timelines of the marketing plans and projects. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. Deliver marketing activitites within agreed budget. Develop and understand vendor pricing strategies to maximize every dollar spent.
Education and Experience 6-7 years experience, and business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification. Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies. Having both agency and in-house experience is a plus. Proficiency in all Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
