Description: The executive will develop and execute long term corporate marketing strategy as well as short-term tactical marketing and communications plan. The strategy will include over all Marketing Planning, Technology and Strategic Partner / Alliance Program Development and Execution, working with Product Management Group for product positioning, and marketing communications, encompassing public relations, advertising, research, trade shows and conferences, and direction of the corporate Web sites. Executive will work with Quantum’s other management team members and industry analysts and pundits to define & create a new Enterprise software category in the security industry.
The executive will:
- Work to ensure consistency and accuracy in how Quantum Secure’s Technology and Products are presented and marketed externally, including the Corporate Image.
- Assist Sales and Marketing to identity, qualify, develop and drive ‘go-to-market’ initiatives across various product lines and across various partners and channels
- Work with the CEO, Sales and Product Management Team to develop a strong Partner / Alliance program (Quantum Secure’s Eco System) such that the eco system could be leveraged to generate demand and leads
- Develop/maintain relationship with Quantum Secure’s customers and leverage them (through case studies, PR, Webinars, Public speaking opportunities, etc.) to generate demand and leads
- Develop/maintain a good working relationship with key journalists, industry analysts and customers/partners. Originate and/or leverage existing & new editorial and graphic assets in the creation of customized design solutions, including but not limited to print, packaging, webinars, online solutions and advertising. Follow-up aggressively after a PR and communications activities (periodic news letters, corporate updates, customer wins, etc.) across broad constituencies like partners, investors, customers, etc.
- Work with Product Management and Sales to develop Sales & Marketing Collateral (white papers, customer case studies, brochures, online tutorials, etc.), conduct strategic “lunch n learn” sessions at various cities, conduct online Webinar series with customers and partners, etc.

Ideal Education / Experience

- MBA from top-tier University or other significant business experience
- Minimum 7 years experience across two or more of alliances / partners management, business development, corporate marketing and PR, and sales.
- Experience with creating and building Marketing dept. including all related functional areas. Familiar with hyper growth start-up company modes of operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through lead generation programs and alliance partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of the enterprise IT and/or enterprise software space
