Job Description:
Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, the Marketing Coordinator/web designer will be a self-starter and highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude and professional demeanor. This individual will have an innate ability to problem-solve quickly, think creatively, and effectively multi-task as required drawing upon solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities as he/she will serve as project-manager and be accountable for several key marketing programs and projects. The Marketing Coordinator will have a solid understanding of core marketing principles with proficiencies in the areas of writing and editing, graphics, reporting and analysis.

Essential Job Functions
The Marketing Coordinator should possess a willingness to tackle and own all projects, big and small, which will include:

• Edit and develop Abacus website on a weekly basis
• Manage email marketing campaigns
• Create and edit company sales material (e.g., sales collateral, proposal, presentation and testimonials).
• Generate and track leads from various sources.
• Generate and maintain various marketing activity, budget and business reports.
• Coordinate online and offline events (e.g., company, customer and vendor events, Lunch ‘N Learns, webinars).
• Manage – and grow - eBay store presence and profitability.
• Create and edit company sales material (e.g., sales collateral, proposal, presentation and testimonials).
• Coordinate Public Relations including research, writing and editing:
 Case Studies, Success Stories
 Editorial calendars including industry trades, general business, local associations and memberships
 Awards
 Internal and external company publicity
 Customer evangelism
 Monitor for PR opportunities
• Create and edit company communications (e.g., company newsletter, employee surveys)

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Web design, Information Technology, Marketing or related majors
• Minimum of 3 years marketing/web editing experience in IT industry
• Highly proficient with Dream Weaver, Fireworks, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
