Business Name - Property Rentals

I recently purchased my first rental property. I've now decided to be official and acquire a name and decide on a business entity. I will rent and or sale houses or apartments. I am not a licensed real estate agent at this time. I am only limiting myself to rental properties. I would like a name that characterizes the best or "top" of the pack ie., Pinnacle etc.

    I guess "Zenith Home Rentals" wouldn't put you in the front of anybody's phone book, hmm? ;]

    Why do you want a peak-related name?

    What if the name conveyed something that really attracted a home-searching soul? Things like "Cozy Home Rentals" or "Bargain Home Rentals" or "Upscale Home Rentals" or "Country Home Rentals" or "Urban Home Rentals."

    You get d'idea...
