    We [Heart] Kids Everywhere

Then add a tagline that says something about "Pediatric Cardiology Worldwide."

What do you think about worldwide hearts?

    I like World Wide Hearts.

    You could also go with

    Hearts Across Borders
    or
    Hearts Without Borders

which plays on the Doctors Without Borders brand.

In the western world a healthy cardiac sound is described as .. Lub Dub.

Using a sound versus a foreign or Multi cultural word could work...

In english is could be morphed into Luv Dub ... anything here for you?

Not sure how well this combo works, but ...

    Crossing Borders, Mending Hearts

    Crossing Borders to Mend Hearts

There Is No Border to Mending Hearts

    Mending Hearts, Ignoring Borders

Also, just came up with this name -- "HeartReach". Could be useful for a program or service under your umbrella.
