Could you expand a little on who your customers are, and where they live? The more targeted you can be, the more effective your tagline - and your advertising - will be. After all, with a generic tagline, your best customer might just remember to phone someone else ...

What kind of serendipity is going to bring you better clients?

Serendipity, the harmony of house cleaning
Serendipity, coming home to a pleasantly surprising cleanliness

Not very good ... give us a hint!

The residential cleaning business will be in Richmond, VA. My target auidence is the professional woman who doesn't have time to add one more task on the to do list. I will offer green cleaning as well as concierge services for picking up cleaning and groceries, somewhat of a home care service. Is this helpful.

Thanks. Try these and let us know ...

It's all done! It just happened like serendipity. Oh! it was Serendipity!

I got home feeling horrible. I hated everything. Opening the door, and it's all done. Thanks, Serendipity.

Just too tense, too much to do. I need that special help, but where? I need something special in my life. Serendipity.

It's a never ending list. I need help and don't know where to look. I need some Serendipity!

    Any good?? M

Since Serendipity doesn't give a clue of what you offer (or to who), then your tagline needs to make it blindingly obvious:

    The Richmond (VA) Home Cleaner
    Consider Your Home Cleaned

Based on my marketing method which you can explore here:

This is your core marketing message, it is what you do: Serendipity helps busy Women do it all.

Based on that core marketing message here are some variations for a "catchphrase":

"Doing it all doesn't mean you have to do it all. Serendipity."
"Do it all, without doing it all. Serendipity."
"Now, you can do it all. Serendipity."
    "Do it all. Serendipity."

Think about what you do from your customers point of view and speak to that idea. Your prospects want to "do it all" but can't because their career takes precedence.

If it's a new business, who says it has to have a name like Serendipity? Can't you pick a name that communicates the benefit you deliver? If you're stuck with Serendipity then the tagline has to do all the work, and it can't get to the emotional payoff for your target audience.

Serendipity means 'happy accident' or 'plesant surprise' - perhaps a play on that?

    Serendipity Cleaners
