Construction Company Tagline Help

Hello everyone. Well, its a new construction business I'm starting up with. The company name is "RST" but I want the tagline to describe the business I'm into. The things I want to provide the customer is "quality" and "best design". Its not a contract based company. I'll be investing and building it. Later will sell it. The tagline should be maximum of 4-5 words. I hope I've been clear in describing what I'm looking for.

    What does RST mean? How will your target audience figure that out? Since the name doesn't tell what you do, or what business you are in, the tagline will have to do that.

    Who is your primary target audience? Where? What do you know about how they evaluate construction companies like yours? It actually sounds like you may be a developer more than a construction company. If so, it may not be so important to have a tagline, since you will be judged almost entirely on the perceived quality of your work. Not much opportunity for branding.

    If you can answer these questions, it will help us understand the mission better.

    How are you measuring quality/best design? Awards won? Efficiency? LEED rating? Are the things you're measuring the same things your target audience ultimately cares about?

    R stands for my moms name, S stands for my sisters name and T stands for my dads name. We are already into demolition and earth works. So, we have lot of audience to target as the business is 25 years old and there is a very good monopoly in the market. As a start I'll be doing with residential construction so the audience will be middle class and above middle class. According to me they evaluate with the quality, design, how spacious its built and area its built in.

    Yes. Today customers are ready to shell out money and get the best quality. After speaking to lot of contractors. It shows that audience I'll be targeting on will want best quality and modern design.

    (2) Plenty Design,Feel You Shine

    I hope this would match your object & cover target audience. If need more, then let me know.

    I would suggsest to go for 2nd Tagline.

    - Competitors in start will be the ones into residential construction for above middle class families.
    - If you talking about the workers then we already have them/if you're talking about clients then as mentioned in my previous reply that we're not working as contractor. From the land to building completion will be our investment.
    -The advantage of buying will be design, quality, best amenities and location.
    -Will look from all aspects and the market value before pricing our homes.
    -Yes I want a tag line that will work for homes and commercial.

    Thank you for your inputs. Can you provide me with a tag line that has a meaning for "TRUST" "QUALITY" and should have the word "BUILD" in it.

    (1) Design plenty, Family Happy
    (2) Welcome in RST, Stay Happy or Welcome in RST, Family Happy
    (3) Quality of RST, Family Happy
    (4) Build-In Design, Feel Ever Shine
