Event for professional women to learn to de-stress in the workplace. Includes: breathing, stretching and meditation. No yoga mats at event. Women will come directly from work to this event.

    To come up with a good name will require that we understand the business proposition and the benefit promise in more depth. Who exactly is in your primary target audience? Where? What benefit should they expect? Is de-stressing a benefit all by itself, or does it lead to a deeper, perhaps emotional, payoff for the de-stressed woman?
