Before crafting a vision statement, ask your clients what they value in your service. I probably wouldn't choose for the word "strive" - either you do or you don't provide a level of service.

I used the striving because we are a new company but between the 2 variations which would you suggest or how would you suggest to combine the 2.

If you're just starting out - I'd consider skipping the vision statement entirely. In your marketing, instead of using vague words like "luxurious, unique, and VIP" get very clear on what you're offering that distinguishes you from others (in ways that matters to your clientele): Selection? Location? Negotiation? Speed? Guarantees?

Avoid striving: it speaks of trying and not getting there.

"Striving" is like "helping." It says you're not TAKING OWNERSHIP, DOING and ACCOMPLISHING.

You could benefit from a strong Positioning Statement ... that reflects the experience of others who have developed winning Positioning Statements (and some losers as well). A strong, benefit-oriented Positioning Statement will be much more important to your initial marketing effort than a vision statement. Besides, your customers are interested in what you can do for them now more than in your vision for the long-term future of your business.

Okay, say you are determined to ignore all the good advice. Maybe there is some powerful doody-head involved.
Here is one way to do it. There are more. I took liberty with your word "service", I think it is better plural but it could be taken back to service if the boss wants.

Taylor & Associates strives to be the best. Providing our clients the ultimate one of a kind first class realty service. We exemplify character and creativity, offering tasteful, luxurious and unique VIP services.
