Looking For A Branded Name For A Learning Program

Hi,

We are establishing a Learning Program for managers at Amdocs.

The program is part of the “management as a profession” HR strategic focus.

We would like to ask for your creative minds to find a name for the program.

The name should bring people managers to learn with joy, but also communicate professional qualification program.

    Is this an internal only initiative?
    Why would the target audience care about the learning program? It it required for staff?
    What's the meaning behind "learning with joy"?
    What type of qualification - is there a credential offered as part of completion?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your questions and response.

    It is an internal initiative for Amdocs managers only.
    The learning program will enable the managers to promote to other roles in the company, it's part of their career progression.
    Learning with joy means that the learning will be short and simple.
    They will recieve a certification once completing the program.
    It's a kind of an Academy for managers.

    A small clarification - it should be more like a name of a program...
    And the certification is not an issue.
    The learning for managers is the main point.
