Need A Workshop Name For The Employees

We are planning to conduct a workshop for our blue category employees who's has outstanding performence.Its a kind of a celebration filled with activities and fun which will motivate them

    Not sure what you mean by blue category employees. What type or work do they do? What industry? Specific job title(s)? That would help to better craft a name more relevant to them. Not knowing anything further, how about a more generic/general name of Blue Ribbon Ceremony (or workshop, etc).

    Blue plays into their blue category worker status and also as excellence in a typical "blue ribbon" (blue ribbon generally depicts excellence). Hope this helps.

    If these are already your best employees, then haven't they already proven they are motivated? Why not focus on those employees that aren't (yet) outstanding?
