Where is the shop located? Who's the likely customer? What's unique/special about your offerings?

Who is your target audience? Where? What do you want them to know about your gift shop? What benefit do you want the name to communicate?

There's all kinds of generic terms to use with gift in a name, like The Gift ____

The Gift Basket
The Gift Emporium
The Gift Gallery
The Gift Cottage
The Gift Fair
The Gift Lair
The Gift Boutique
The Gift Source
The Gift Palace

Or you could go with things like ....
