The naming problem you have is really a positioning problem: you're trying to say that you do 2 very different things well - to 2 different audiences. Why not create a separate name for your VA business - perhaps Virtual Inspires (to be similar to your other "brand")?

Too confusing to try to combine these two very different businesses under a single name. You need to deal with each business independently of the other.

Start by identifying your primary target audience for each business. Then articulate the core benefit they should expect if/when they become a client. Don't dwell on what you do. Focus on the BENEFIT your customers should expect.

Once you have those, let us know and we can start developing suitable on-strategy names/taglines.

You may be better off sticking to and doing one thing. There is a lot of difference between offering social media services and offering virtual assistant services. Which one creates the least amount of work, offers the highest potential for profit, from the fewest number of clients, in the shortest amount of time?
