Tagline For The Turning Point Needed

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
The Turning Point is a new initiative where we are training and equipping school teachers from underprivileged schools to organize science and maths exhibitions. The idea is for them to provide a Turning Point in the lives of their students by exposing them to absolutely novel aspects of science and maths. These are not necessarily hi-tech nor are they new, but students have not come across them in school. For example, few school students would have looked at a spectrum, even though prisms and diffraction gratings have been around for decades. Similarly, realizing that topology (e.g. unicursal curves) is a part of maths breaks the mental image that maths is all about calculations.
Our logo for the program is likely to be an arrow showing a turning point. I need a tagline that I can add at the bottom of the logo.

I get the concept, but "turning point" doesn't communicate anything about your mission, who you serve, or what benefit someone can expect. That means the tagline has to do all the work, and the name is basically a "throw-away" from a communication standpoint. It's not even clear who is "turning" or why.

Who is your primary target audience? Where? What do you want to communicate to them? What's in it for them to pay attention and/or learn more about your organization? What benefit can they expect?
