Name For A Customer Centricity Campaign

Problem Statement (Main Issues):

• Meeting Etiquette of project managers is degrading.
• Arriving late and complaints of background noise on calls.
• Challenging internal teams in front of customers.
Need a campaign name for a Customer Centricity initiative that will address the below challenges:

Not communicating to customer until escalation – lack of awareness/empowerment to escalate to management and manage expectations.

• Environmental and attitude to International customers is questioned by the business and customers.

• Making commitments to customers that are, in reality, unachievable.
• Some program Managers not considering the impact of all of the above which leads to major dissatisfaction and further escalation/poor Customer Satisfaction(CSAT) and Balanced Score Card (BSC) scores.

    This doesn't sound like a marketing problem as much as a management problem. And coming up with a name for the "Customer Centricity campaign" is putting lipstick on a pig.

    Problems like this usually trace to poor senior management. Until that gets fixed it really doesn't matter what color lipstick you choose.
