You need to begin by narrowing your target audience and trying to capture 100% of a very narrow (and specific) target segment. Create a marketing plan, name and tagline, that are focused entirely on that small sub-segment of the market.

If you can't capture the lion's share of a small market, how are you going to be able to capture a decent share of a larger market that is more diverse?

While you are at it, you probably ought to calculate the lifetime value of a customer. That will let you know how much you can afford to spend to get a new customer.

All of this is really general business and marketing planning advice, but it doesn't make sense to name a company (or develop a tagline) until you have a good fix on your primary target audience. And the audience you're implying is way too broad.

You can't afford to reach even a small fraction of this target audience. There are several million couples, families and girlfriends in North America alone. And North America represents just a small fraction of the world. Even if you could reach each of them for $0.02 each, you'd need to invest millions of dollars (or Euros, or whatever).
