Need Tagline For Electric Donation Program

I'm rolling out a donation program to our customers. The money will go to other customers who need help with their utility bill. I'm looking for a name for the program.

    Who are your customers and where are they? What is the process to determine who gets help with their utility bills? Why will people buy into the program? Do you need a name or tagline or both?

    Echoing Steve's questions: who are your customers? What aspects of their self interests could you tap into to help their thinking align with your goal? The key here is to message to people's compulsions.

    To answer the questions posted:
    Our customers are part of the immediate community (city & surrounding twps). A non for profit would distribute the funds according to their general guidelines. Buy-in would be based on the desire to help another and to help those within their immediate community. I would love to see a tagline and name, but the name is the most important. Sustainability is huge right now. A play on that theme or something along the lines of EM-POWER, etc. Thanks!
