Effective Name For An Employee Engagement Survey

Our Ministry is offering a bi-weekly survey to all employees consisting of 5 questions to provide timely and consistent input about the ministry's growing cultural identity and allow us to measure our successes and the actions being taken to build our cultural identity.

Another ministry calls this the Pulse. We would like something similar, catchy, and preferably one syllable with the article "the". To us, this survey is like "taking the temperature" of every branch every couple of weeks.
