I have picked Chez VOus but it is not available ... I am debating between French Chez Vous or Chef chez Vous.. I need to convey tha idea of my personal chef services at the clients' home COOKING French traditional cuisine...
Any feedback would be a great help..

Where/who are your prime prospects? If we know more about your target audience, we can be much more helpful. It's possible that the answer lies in a great tagline, not in the business name itself. If that's the case, perhaps you can use your own name with that tagline and avoid the French "chez vous" altogether. (Are you sure your target audience will get it?)

    Example:

    Sylvie Ashby
Traditional French Cuisine in Your Home

    Thank you mgoodman!'
My tag line is Your Home, Your Table, My cooking....
    So basically I was thinking...
    Chef ChezVous
    Personal Chef- French Traditional Cuisine
Your home, Your table, My cooking.....

The problem with "ChezVous" is it doesn't whet the customer's appetite - there's no emotional connection. Focus on the "wow" you'll provide, not simply the task.

    Thank you Jay!
    That is a great point!
Need some French adjectives in the English language

The "My cooking" isn't an immediately recognizable benefit to a customer. Additionally, it comes off as a bit possessive. It may be better to tell them what benefit they're getting. You, then, would be successively narrowing their focus toward your food with your tagline- Home-> Table-> French Cuisine.

    Chef ChezVous
    Personal Chef
Your home, Your table, French Traditional Cuisine

I am now thinking of using my name and the service I am providing
    Sylvie's Cuisine
    Personal Chef- French Traditional Cuisine

I still want to find a tag line that emphasizes on the experience of home cooked meals prepared especially for the client and brings a unique experience of what French cooking is ( Fresh, simple, delicious, savory and sweet )

You do not have "a dilemma", you have a decision to make.

    Thanks Gary!
    That's right...

No reason to repeat the word "cuisine" in the tagline if it's already part of the name. It just becomes an extra word that adds nothing to the communication.
