Our building is at prime location, having 4 floor commercial and also for residential use. We need a unique and beautiful name for our building.

You'll need to tell us a lot more about the building. What's special? Where is it located? How is it better/worse than nearby buildings? Who specifically is likely to be interested in it?

Who is your primary target audience? Where? What makes this building special? Why should your target audience be interested?

Put a big clock emblem on it and call it the "Hour Building"
Or make the emblem really big and name it "Benjamin Place"

Those would be memorable and could make your building a directional landmark, "Head down to the Hour Building (it's got a big clock on it) and then go..."
