Posted by mkaassam on 125 Points
Agarwal Interios will be the name of the company and its a sister concern of established firm AgarwalEstates.com (Tag line Trust Redefined).

Most of the vendors in this space provide low quality product (Will commit high quality product), significant delay on completing the work (it start with 3 months and goes for 6 months) and overly priced because of time delay in execution and greed.

Our USP is:
Quality of products used is guaranteed. We use only branded material.
Timely completion: Six weeks to 3 months. In case of delay, we pay the rent.
Cost: Only 10% profit margin even after using top brand products. Other vendors margin is 20% to 40% and they use inferior product.

What should be the tag line?

Reference to cost does not belong in your USP. It actually fights with the quality and timing elements. If you are really better in quality and timing, then cost should be higher, not lower, than competition. Your price is the ultimate expression of what you think your service is worth. Don't undermine your own claims.

"Quality of products used is guaranteed. We use only branded material." ... anyone can say this. These points do NOT make your company different. Likewise, knocking competitors on their price: this point does not set you apart. You know and I know that you can do better. Think. Drill deeper. Define. Refine. Distill.

In India, Everyone says that we offer quality and branded, but they don't actually deliver. And cheat the customers. That's a normal practice. Regarding price, I agree with your comments.

Both the suggestions looks good to me so far.
