Name For Real Estate Brokerage

Posted by Seopacks on 500 Points
Hello Marketers,

Could you please suggest a name for a real Estate Brokerage (Realty)
The Target market is agents and of course property buyers and sellers. I'm in search of brandable name which will not restrict us to just one market ie. homes or commercial
Value Prop for Agents:
-Low Fee Structure
-Latest Tech tools to help them
- Hybrid Business Model - Traditional and Cloud (remote)
- Excellent Support.
- Training for new agents.

Buyers/Sellers
- Experience Realtors.
- Tools to feasibly find the home/property they are looking for.

Looking for something memorable that sounds established and also modern. :-)

    Presumably, you're focused on a region. Will the region feature in the name?
    What makes your brokerage substantially different from the other brokerages in the area? Many of your competition has similar offerings.

    The right way to begin your naming process is to collect what you know about (or can learn from) your target audience(s). A deep understanding of what's important to them, what their priorities are, what unmet needs they have, and what words they use when they discuss these things.

    Then you need to examine the core BENEFIT they will realize when they do whatever you want them to do. This is likely to be a problem when you have multiple target audiences -- and want a single name that applies to all of them.

    Let's begin with an examination of your primary target audience and the unique and compelling benefit they can expect.

    Jay,
    We are targeting BC (Canada) for now but will be for the whole of Canada. I would rather not include the region in the name as it will be too restrictive for the future.
    @mgoodman
    Since this is an agent-driven business and with agents, there is no business, hence the branding's PRIMARY focus.
    Low Commissions and Transaction Fee seems to be the biggest factor for most of the agents.

    Would the agents be selling commercial only, residential only, or a mixture?
    Would the agents represent sellers only, buyers only, or a mixture?

    Residential and Commercial both but the primary focus will be on residential first and slowly get commercial once established.
    The agents will represent both buyers and sellers.

    LifeStyle Realty alt: LifeStyle Realtors

    You haven't asked for a matching tagline to dovetail with the name. Are you going to select a name and then resubmit a new question about a tagline here?

    @Jay
    None of these names are clicking.
    @Mike
    eRe sounds confusing.
    @Chron34
    I would like to focus on the name first.

    When you say, "None of these names are clicking" I can only think about what would "click" for you. "Not clicking" is really a comment that says, "I haven't done a good enough job of articulating what I would want a name to communicate to my target audience."

    Maybe we should go back to square one and find out what criteria you are using to evaluate name candidates. That will give us some direction and keep us from submitting names that are "not clicking."

    "Looking for something memorable that sounds established and also modern."

    If something's established can it be modern? Isn't newness the point of being modern? How can something that's not established be memorable? How can something be memorable until it's done something to be remembered for?

    What names have you already considered and rejected?

    Low commissions and transactions. OK. What else do you offer that others don't? What other factors that have nothing to do with payments have you asked potential agents about?
