MarketingProfs Refund Policy

MarketingProfs University:

MPU courses feature a seven-day, no-risk trial period. If you need to cancel your individual registration for any reason, you may do so within seven (7) calendar days of your payment for a full refund. If you register for an upcoming course prior to its release, you may cancel up to seven (7) calendar days after the first class becomes available. For bulk ticket orders, we offer full refunds within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. If you need to cancel some (but not all) of your bulk-order tickets, we will refund the partial amount. To request a refund, contact mpu@marketingprofs.com or (866) 557-9625. We issue refunds within 3-5 business days. After cancellation, students will no longer have access to course materials.

PRO Membership and PRO Team:

We offer full refunds within thirty (30) days of payment for individual PRO memberships and PRO Team accounts. To request a refund, contact pro@marketingprofs.com or (866) 557-9625. We issue refunds within 3-5 business days. After cancellation, members will no longer have access to PRO content or other PRO benefits.

Enterprise PRO+:

We negotiate terms of service in advance and document them in a Statement of Work for each engagement. We are unable to offer refunds outside of negotiated terms.

MarketingProfs Events:

B2B Marketing Forum is MarketingProfs’ flagship event, which will be held in Boston, October 20-23, 2015. B2B marketers always leave our event with actionable insights, but if you are unable to make it after purchasing your pass, we’re happy to issue a refund as outlined below.

(Note: this changes annually. Below are the 2015 policies)

Single Ticket Sales policy - Cancellations for a full refund permitted until 5:00pm ET on 8/31/2015. Cancellations between 9/1/2015 and 10/7/2015 are refunded as rollover credit for either B2B On-Demand 2015 or B2B Marketing Forum 2016, minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds or rollovers given for cancellations after 5:00pm ET 10/7/2015 or for event no-shows. If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing to MarketingProfs Customer Service via email at events@marketingprofs.com or call us at (866) 557-9625 before the deadline date and time. Substitutions are allowed without penalty at any time prior to 10/20/2015; please contact customer service to change the applicable registration details.

Group Registration policy - Groups may cancel their registration no later than 5:00pm ET 8/31/2015 for a full refund. Cancellations on or after 9/1/2015 are refunded as rollover credit for B2B On-Demand 2015 or B2B Marketing Forum 2016, minus a $100 per person cancellation fee. No refunds or rollovers given for cancellations after 5:00pm ET 10/7/2015 or for event no-shows. In the event of a partial group cancellation, if the number of people registered as part of a group falls below the three-person qualifying minimum then the group rate will no longer apply. In this case, refunds will be issued for the difference between the original group payment and the total individual registration fee(s) for the remaining group member(s) at the time of the refund request. If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing—including invoice number and the names of applicable individuals—to MarketingProfs Customer Service via email at events@marketingprofs.com or call us at (866) 557-9625 before the deadline date and time.

Bright Bulb Awards - The Bright Bulb Awards spotlight the brightest, most innovative B2B marketers and agencies in the industry. The registration fee covers the cost of processing entry materials, judging, and setup of the event and, as such, is nonrefundable.
