    Vidar,
Did you forget to include a link to the survey? Or am I missing something?

OK, I took the survey and left some comments at the end. Besides some typos, you will need to set up the questions such that only one answer can be selected.

Third question depends on the second - if they say they export, the question is pertinent. Is there a way to set up some logic with QuestionPro to pass this up if they select "No?"

    I hope this helps.

    For the question:

What kind of items do your company \ corporation produce ?

The other option should have a box that they can fill in so that you know what "other" means. You might have forgot a very important part of the industry and this way you will be able to know what it is if in fact it is a major thing that you have not though about.

    For the question:

Do you produce for export ?

It should be a radio button, because they cant be both, Can they?

    For the question:

IF you export, please indicate what parts of the world you have exported to the last 12 months.

I think it could be worded better, something like:

If you answered yes to question x, please indicate what part of the world you have exported to in the last 12 months.

Where x is the question number

    For the question:

150 million Chinese with annual income over 50.000$ is enough for my company to consider China as a market.

You have the $ sign in the wrong place and there shouldn't be a dot in it.

    It should look like this:

150 million Chinese with annual income over $50,000 is enough for my company to consider China as a market.

    For the question:

IF operating in china, my company will aim for how big a profit margin ?

This is not correct English, try something like this:

If we were to start operating in china, my company will aim for a profit margin of (please select from the list).

    For this part:

Your survey is short, that is very good. Also make sure that you tell people approximately how long the survey will take BEFORE they start it.
