    Help us to help you.

Where you place your tea stalls: will there be competition? If so, who and how many people?

What you will serve: what makes your tea stalls special?

If you have a lot of competition, you need to offer something special from everyone else. This might be special products, a quiet area, special service (shine shoes while they sip tea, or speak Japanese for tourists, or wifi connection, or...).

As for a name: again, we need help knowing what tea stalls are named in your part of the world, and who you want to serve tea to.

For example: "Sip The Best Tea", "Taste-T", "Healthy Tea", etc.

A name and tagline won't be enough to distinguish you from the other 50 stalls in the area.

Instead, if people remember YOU, make a big sign of your smiling face (maybe with "Let Me Serve You" as a message), so people can find you easily.

Or, a fancier sign which looks like a big cup of tea, with steam being piped out the top, so it looks like a big hot cut of tea.

My point is, the name won't grab people. You and/or your services will. If you're extremely confident about your tea/service, offer a satisfaction guarantee ("if it's not the best tea you've ever had, you don't pay", etc.)
