M/m/c Queuing Model

Good morning,
Kindly, may I know the definition of the service time in the M/M/c queuing model, and how can we calculate the individual service rate?

    In M/M/c model the total service rate is for all counters together. But service rate used in the model is no. of customers served per counter per unit time. As a standard practise, one finds no of customers served per day by actual observation for 2 weeks.Then one can calculate the desired service rate.

    Yes. That is correct if there is no break during 7 hrs.
