Are you talking about owning vs. renting costs, or ROI for sales?

An non-traditional look at ROI of AudioVisual Equipment

Most AV equipment in company conference rooms really consists of Visual Equipment. The Audio portion comes naturally.

Since a Picture is worth a thousand words and native speakers average 200 words per minute, ever picture saves 5 minutes of talking.

The average time spent on a slide in a professional PowerPoint presentation is 1.3 Minutes. This means a savings of roughly 4 minutes per minute spent with a projector.

4 minutes savings per minute of meeting x 1 50-minute meeting per day equates to 200 minutes of time savings per day.

200 minutes of time savings x 10 people in the room equates to 2000 man minutes saved per day.

2000 man minutes x 200 business days per year = 400,000 man minutes savings per year

400,000 man minutes = 6,666 man hours saved per year

if we assume a burdened labor factor of 20/hour this becomes $133,333 savings per year.

my guess is you can buy a pretty nice projector for much less.

Please forgive me. I started my life as an Engineer.
