I Was Put In Charge Of Marketing At A Romanian Distributor Of Large Print Equipment.

I need to do some market research but the managers of the company did not use a erp nor a crm so the information inside is hardly accesible and unreliable. How can i make an effective market research and reveal the company'sreal position in the market?

    You could simply look at the customer list and cross-reference it with the sales for the period of time you're researching. That will give you some numbers. Then, interview the top sales people for commentary about the client list.
