The founders of our company have not only admired the Southwest culture but have built their business model on Southwest’s outline, hoping to mirror some of its successes for our industry. Our company will be unveiling a Reorganization to our staff in an effort to change the rules of how business is done in the HR, Payroll, and Benefits administration software solutions sector. To paraphrase, the President “wants to be the Southwest of our industry”. We’d love it if Southwest could offer point of view, words of wisdom, or a basic “good luck” message that we can present to the staff during the presentation at the end of the month(a note on letterhead or the like).
Does anyone have any connections to anyone at Southwest that could help me in this endeavor?
