We need to do some usability research for a client, but don't have a big budget to engage usability consultants. I came across a company called Loop11 recently (www.loop11.com) that claims to let you run your own online usability studies.
They are in private beta at the moment. I have registered, but wondered whether anyone else has used them and what their thoughts were.
