Just out of curiosity, what makes you think a bunch of marketing folks would be able to help you?
  • Posted on Author
    1. Marketing folks must market something so you never know who knows what.
    2. One aspect of Marketing is knowing your target audience, it is also making the product more appealing to those that may not take interest in the product. In other words...knock on every door (you never know who might answer)
I thought marketing folks would be more creative than telling me to google my key words. I have never heard of a full face wig by the way...new product?

    Let's clarify a few points:

First, the "full face" wig entry was a misread and a typo. New product? Well, following your needlessly snippy comment, I have no clue, nor, frankly, do I care.

So, perhaps THESE resources will meet your needs:

    www.lace-front-wig.com/wig_wholesale_program.html
    www.xantuslacewigs.com/wholesale.html
    www.wholesalelacewigs.com/shop/ -
    www.exceptionalhair.com/
    https://www.bikudo.com/products.do?tmp=1&show_save=yes&keyword=Lace+Wig&sea...

Secondly, I did not TELL you to Google anything, I merely suggested that the LIST of links might contain something that might be of help.

Third, as I shave my head, wigs aren't exactly what you might
call my line, so pardon me for not being "quite" as creative as
    you might have wanted.

There may be some marketing folks who subscribe to the "knock on every door" philosophy, but I'll bet they are not the successful ones. Most of us are into really understanding what our target audience needs and then coming up with ways to deliver that at a profit.

We try to only knock on the doors of the customers who really need our products. It's much more efficient than the alternative approach.

I agree with Michael, and like to add my 2 cents:

as the question author, you are right that participants on this forum are very creative and just might know the answer to your question, but this also means that you have the responsibility to:
    a) ask interesting questions likely to engage this creativity and debate (which I believe includes FIRST googling a specific factual question like yours; and only ask the forum when such search is inconclusive)
    b) give encouraging feedback instead of being snappy

As we are all participating as question and answer givers, it just comes down to treating others as you'd like to be treated...
