Commercial Loan Lead Generation Metrics

I am looking for some results generated from marketing campaigns for community banks. In particular how the cross channel program effected commercial loan generated leads and conversions. IF anyone has white papers or knowledge on this topic it would be greatly appreciated.

    I have quantified marketing effectiveness in the banking sector, but can you please refresh my memory on the cross channel program?

    What i meant by cross channel programs is anything to do with direct mail, PURLs, lead generation/database management, segmentation, social media, etc.

    Basically, an example that utilizes one or multiple approaches mentioned. Ideally they would show how they affected commercial loan performance and overall growth of the bank.
