The Best Marcomm Structure

Dears, could you share best models of marcomm structuring (roles, charts) within the organization of 700 employees in telecom ?

    What is the company's objective? What is the Marcom group expected to do? The way you structure the group will depend importantly on what you DO. and who you're considering as your audience(s).

    Where are you and where are your audiences? How many in the group? What do these 700 people do? Are they mostly in sales, or are they techies? Who are the customers? Who is your target audience?

    All of these things will impact the way you would structure your Marcom department.

    Most Marketing Communications groups I have seen for a company this size only contain 1 to 3 people. Usually a manager (who also does do MarCom work), and then a person or two who handles specific areas (whether it be product lines or specifics types of media, like web or print).
