looking to develop a series of research questions to measure the "state" of certain conceptual ideas in organisations - target segment will be company executives - does anyone have verified and tested questions to effectively measure - Personal leadership, service orientation, motivation and drive, negotiation & flexibility , CSR readiness etc

    It will probably be easier/better if you come up with questions that will address your issues, rather than looking for questions others may have used. There's no reason to believe someone else's needs, questions and research objectives were the same as yours.

    Their questions may also be somewhat specific to a company, industry, culture and/or business environment that's different from yours.

    Net: Your best bet is to develop the questions that are most likely to deliver the answers YOU need. If you can find a market research professional to help, that's probably a good idea. It's all too easy to introduce bias into your questionnaire, and that could lead you to a misguided conclusion when you analyze the findings.

    YES. I was trained in DDI interviewing. The concepts would be the same. I have a TON of questions that surround this type of response. Let me know if you still need them.
