    a) what percentage of Social Media users are actually decision makers in their business ?

    b) How many of the users use the Social Media for Business purpose ?

    2) Whether Social Media is used successfully in various industrial verticals apart from FMCG ?

    3) Whether ROI could be quantified in monetary terms ? If so, how we measure "Investments" and then "Returns"?

    Success in what form?

The role of social media is seen by marketers as on in which they can market. But to regular social media users, it's not about them wanting to buy: it's about being social.

Success? Measure quality, not quantity. Measure relationships. not sales.
