Webinar Stats Help

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
Hi, we recently held a webinar and received a report from the phone company showing the number of people who called in and a report from the webinar software co. showing the number of people who logged in online. How do I determine the number of people being duplicated? Basically some call in and log on online simultaneously throwing things off. Both companies say they provide this and my boss needs me to have a figure. Is there a stat that is best practice? Any assistance appreciated!! Thanks!

Was the audio only available by call-in?
When people called/logged in, did you capture their names?

We have a software called iLinc that allows them to login online and then we have a company we use for a 1-800 number for them to dial in. We were just trying to figure out who could have called in but didn't login online. Basically wanting to figure out the overlap between the two. I think it's a grey area but thanks anyway.
