I am looking for an example of a SWOT analysis for a charter airline which has an ageing fleet and needs to expand its customer base.

    Why would you be looking for this? Are you the owner of an ageing fleet yourself, or is this a student question? Why would such an airline want a Swot analysis performed when what they need are better aircraft? Could the airline expand its customer base without newer aircraft at all? What would the information gathered from Swot analysis tell them?

    What are your thoughts?
