The target contact is someone who work on the logistics side of US brick and mortar retailers that also do ecommerce (sell online and ship direct to end user). Common title may have "ecommerce" or "channel" in it.
Also interested in the 3rd Party Logistics companies (the companies that the retailer may outsource the whole fulfillment process to).
