That's my usual preference, but lots of people do it as four running text paragraphs with bold headings and don't worry about making it graphic.

The argument for going graphic comes into its own when you want to do TOWS. Rearrange as

This website www.quickmba.com is a great resource for all kinds of business and marketing related questions.

Their section on SWOT (link below) is especially helpful, although it doesn't go way in depth, it provides a great visual, which is what you said you really need.

This matrix is also the most commonly understood and presented.
