Listen, learn, engage. Twitter is best used as a tool for listening to and engaging with B2B prospects and clients, the chatters agree. No hard sells allowed! But it's OK to include a link to your site for more info, when appropriate.

Get the whole team involved. PR, Marketing, Sales, etc., should all be on board Twitter with B2B messaging. Just make sure your branding is consistent across departments.
