Sales Letter And Proposals

I started an office cleaning business but my sales letters seem not to do the job, thus I've resorted to knocking on doors can you pleasee help me .
The second problem is the fact that I'm thinking of if I get through how do i write a proposal and in what format should it be. a template will help 'cos I'm on a slim budget

    I was about to direct you to a similar question then realized it was you who asked it!

    If you look through the articles on this site (type "proposal" in the search box) you will find many helpful articles. If some are listed as "Premium", you can buy a month's subscription to the site for $5.

    You may want to try looking at other cleaning service websites to see what they use for comparison.

    Otherwise, I would be happy to write you a sales letter/proposal at an affordable rate.
