Need A Product Launch Checklist For Introducing Product Via Catalog
I am being asked to provide a point by point list to launch a personalized product (that already exists...we'll just add it to our product mix: so I need to incorporate supplier, internal design dept. call centre training...). I'm not a product manager by trade (I'm a communications mgr) but I'm being "tested" by my new employer. Help.
