360 Degree View Of Customers

Please help me to understand the concept 360 degree view of customer? Does it relate to customer management? How is its application on manufacturer vs. services?

    Im an MBA student here in the Philippines, having at least 3 marketing subjects, by which 360-degrees is always mentioned.

    Basically, 360-degrees refer to know your client throughly, mastering their norms, needsa nd wants.

    As a matter of suggestions, you can refer to any Marketing books, which is my personal preference, written ny Peter Drucker and Fred David.
