Getting In Contact W/ Integrated Media Planners

How do I get in contact with Integrated Media Planners? I have a very relevant urban ad-network which serves about 1.2 million impressions to young urban males 18-24. It's great for a company looking to hit that demo but I have no idea how to get in touch with those who make those buys. Any ideas of any resources?

Here is the link to American Association of Advertising Agencies https://www.aaaa.org/eweb/startpage.aspx they have a member list posted.

Also if your product is unique enough, you could send a press release on it to Adweek and AdAge for additional exposure.
