I CURRENTLY WORK IN A GOVERNMENT AGENCY IN THE CARIBBEAN AND I WOULD LIKE TO USE MORE MARKETING STRATEGIES IN HOW WE SEEK BUY-IN FROM THE PUBLIC. COULD YOU RECOMMEND ANY WEBSITES/BOOKS/MATERIAL THAT MAY BE OF USE ? (MORE ALONG THE LINES OF MARKETING STRATEGY, BRANDING AND COMMUNICATIONS)

    Ramon, can you describe what services your agency provides? What does the public need to buy into, if you're seeking "more buy-in?"
