Inside Sales Call Report

Anybody out there have a simple, easy to use form they might share?

    If I'm understanding your question correctly - -

    If I were the CEO, and I wanted to gather that info, I'd tie it into the payroll system. In other words, one of the items on the form would be the number of hours (or events or results) they would get paid for. If they want to be paid, they will complete the form.

    On the other hand, if I were in the marketing department, and the sales people reported to a sales manager, you will have to use different incentives. For example, if the inside sales folks have territories, you can put 100% of your direct mail efforts into those territories where they are completing the form (you will need support from your CEO to do this, and will need to talk with the sales manager prior to announcing this...)
