Need Recommendation For Online Survey Provider

I am a marketing consultant looking for a reputable online survey service provider. There are many at a variety of price points and I can't differentiate which one to use. I want to create a survey I can email to about 10 clients to gather information and testimonials. I want them to be able to complete their surveys online and return them to me directly via email or to a repository at the provider's site, which I can access.

    Hi Sheilarl,

    I am not entirely sure that an online survey provider is really appropriate in this case, as they are really good for short answers and quantitative studies. You might want to either make some in-depth phone calls, or hire someone to do that you can get some really exploratory and in-depth information.

    I agree with Joy.. you need to think through the purpose of the survey...

    But, if you want to use an online survey ...
    I use www.zoomerang.com

    and there is a free trial version
