What Should A Distributor Do?

I'm a newbee in marketing. My boss has had a good relationship enough to get a distribution contract (air-conditioner) for a well-known electronic company. He asked me to do. So what i should do and please give me any idea about distribution plan

    Hi Pnchieu,

    you need to clarify your question a little more. You stopped at the sentence "He asked me to do"...not sure what you mean by that but would love to help if you can explain to us what he asked you to do? Thanks for your response.
