Looking For A General Website Design Rfp

Does anyone have a Website Design RFP that they can share with me? I am talking to several design firms but I want to make sure I select correctly. I want to ask the right questions about asp versus php and how they work with content to make sure the pages are optimized.

    I would be tempted to be guided by this and allow the agency thatare developing the site to determine the best use of technology.

    For what its worth, I have probably found it easier to utilise SEO on ASP or CF sites than PHP, but its probably more to do with coding and optimisation techniques than the actual language itself!
